In Settings tab, which you can see on the screenshot, you can manage various aspects of your profile, including customization, contact information, and payment details.
Here's a breakdown of the basic categories in profile settings:

How to set up crypto payment
To set up crypto payments, you need to have a wallet in BEP-20 network.

- Username: Your nickname can't be changed after you setted up your account.
- Timezone and sleeping time: Be sure to include your timezone and sleep hours so the client knows what time you are usually offline. This is important so that the customer doesn't expect you to message them while you're offline and take you off their order.
- Card message: Customize the message that customers see on your card. Add a welcome note or briefly introduce yourself. Feel free to create, but remember the rules of communication - foul language or slang will hardly increase your attractiveness.

- Phone number: Your phone number is set automatically after you connect to the Telegram bot. Phone number can be changed only through the support team!
- E-mail: It can be changed only through the support team!
- Telegram bots: We have a 3 bots that you're gonna need for a work. Make sure you're connected to all three of them! You can find the instructions on how to do in on this page.
If you have any troubles with telegram bot, you need to try reconnecting the bots, and if it's still not working - contact the support team about this situation.

You need to fill in your date of birth, your email, and select the currency to receive the payment. After that you'll be able to fill in your bank account details.
If you don't fill in any payment information, there will be no option to withdraw money until you do so.
Pay attention to these points:
- The payment information must belong to you. Using someone else's payment information is not allowed. If we detect this, access to your account will be suspended until you update the information with your own personal details.
- Make sure to re-check your payment information before submitting it! Any mistakes or incorrect information can lead to the payment being cancelled, which will lead to delays, since we'll need to send it again to the correct bank account.
- If you wish to update your payment information, please contact our support team for assistance. Once your payment information is confirmed, you will not be able to see it or change it yourself.
- Only select the currency for which you have a bank account opened.
How to set up crypto payment

Finally, security is critical because it provides clients with peace of mind. Clients want to know that their data is safe and secure when they're entrusting it to us.
That's why resale on the platform is forbidden.

For violating one of these rules, your account can be permanently banned.

- Don't share your personal LFCarry account with third parties. You will be fully responsible for any consequences.
- Don't share clients' accounts with third parties.
- Don't use third-party software to accept orders.
- Don't disclose information about the platform, clients, orders, and other work details to third parties.
- Don't log into the client's account after completing the order without the client's and support team's approval unless it's necessary.
For violating one of these rules, your account can be permanently banned.
What is game tag and how to set it up?
My game tags page is an excellent way to quickly and easily choose which additional games you want to see on the New Deals page.
You can locate this tab in the screenshot.
Moreover, you can also employ tags to filter the list of games to display only those that match your preferences. This allows you to quickly find the perfect game for you without spending hours browsing through the list of games.
β You won't be able to apply any tags in Young status, you can do that only in Trusted status.
β If you are new on the platform and have not been verified yet - don't worry, our managers will customize tags for you after verification.
β Destiny 2, WoW and COD tags can't be added yourself. Don't remove them if you still want to see orders for these games.
If you want to get any of these tags, you need to contact Support about it and attach your tracker.

What is limits and how it work?
Limits are the number of orders that you can take on simultaneously.
The number of limits a PRO has is determined by the platform, by default you have 3 limits.
With 3 limits, you are able to accept and work on 3 orders at the same time. Once you take on an order, your available limits decrease by 1. Once you have completed the order, the limit will be restored, and you will have 3 limits again.
If you have 0 limits - you won't be able to see new orders in 'New deals'.
No-limit orders
We have a system called 'No-limit order'. Orders with such marks won't take any slots from you.
Some orders may be limitless from the moment they reach 'New deals' or our support can make an order without limit for you.
We can make an order a 'No-limit' in the following cases:
1. If you sold the order;
2. If the client doesn't respond for more than 1 hour;
3. If your orders are for an activity that is currently unavailable.
β All requests like this are being processed through the Support Team.

The New Deals page is the primary tool for discovering new orders on our platform, as shown in the screenshot. It enables you to search for suitable orders and accept them.
Additionally, we offer an auction system that allows you to place bids and accept orders at your desired price.

Every new Destiny 2 order goes through the auction system and remains there for approximately 5 minutes.
You can instantly accept the order by clicking the "Accept Now" button, and the order will be assigned to you with a 25% margin. Alternatively, you can negotiate with other players for 5 minutes. The player with the lowest bid on the order will win it.
New PROs can only accept orders at the displayed price, while Trusted PROs can place bids on each order in the Auction.Pay attention

Pay attention
β If this information misses anything (client's data, or VPN location) you need to ask the client for it in chatroom.
Additionally, you can track the amount of money earned from your orders and monitor your progress. With the Orders tab, managing your orders has never been easier.
Orders tab
There is a list of an orders you've been working with. And few tabs:
- Active Orders tab shows all your current orders in every status
- Not Started tab shows your orders, which you haven't started yet (Game Session hasn't been launched)
- In Progress tab shows your current orders, which are in progress (Game session has been launched)
- Paybooster Orders tab shows your completed orders, which hasn't been added to your balance yet
- Done Orders tab shows your completed order, for which you've received your payment
Order chat
You can see on screenshot what's inside your order chat. There is:
- Current order status (Not started, In progress, Paybooster, Done)
- Order number
- Order description (What needs to be done)
- Client's time zone (To understand when the client may be offline)
- VPN location (Irrelevant! The correct location β 12.)
- Client's platform (PC/XBOX/PS4)
- Whenever the client has a cross-save
- What guardian to use on the order
- The client may change their mind and ask you in the chat to complete the order on a different guardian. In this case, do so.
- Client's progress and other requirements (If there are any)
- Client's login to their account
- Client's password to their account
- If login and password fields are empty, clarify this data with the client in the order chat!
- VPN location to which you should connect (or the closest one)
- Whenever you need to stream or not
- Always check the order description! It is always up-to-date, and may be more relevant
- Whenever this order is piloted (you log in into the client's account) or selfplay (you play with the client from your own account)

- Push buyer, which you should press if the client doesn't respond to you for 60 minutes from the moment you took the order. You can press this button once every 60 minutes.
- Start session, which you should press before logging into the client's launcher, and Finish session button, which you should press after you've logged of out of the account.
- The Finish session button will appear if your session is ongoing.
- Finish order, which you should press after you complete the order fully. Before pressing this button, make sure to re-check: Description, Progress, and order chat. The client could leave some wishes for their order. For example: take the reward from the lighthouse themselves.
- Chat with your client, which you should use for a communication
- (If that's a selfplay order, you can use Discord for a communication via voice)
- Price, which you will receive after completing the order
- We can't make the price higher if the order was already taken! By taking the order, you agree with the price.
You can click To the order button to see the order's card and get more information about it.

The Balance page is a tool that allows you to keep track of all your earnings in one place.
It provides a clear and detailed overview of all your financial transactions, including current balance, completed orders, and pending payments.
On the balance page you can see:

Payment for all closed orders and tips is automatically added to your balance.
For 48 hours, the funds will be unavailable for withdrawal (you will see the transaction status as 'Hold').
After that period (when the transaction status changes to 'On balance'), you can withdraw your funds at any time.
β If any of your order payments haven't arrived or if an order payment is in "Hold" for more than 48 hours - please contact the support team
It provides a clear and detailed overview of all your financial transactions, including current balance, completed orders, and pending payments.

- Canceled - the payment was canceled manually inside our platform and returned to the balance. If payments continue to get Fail or Canceled status, please, contact Support.

Account transferring is one of the most nerve-wracking aspects of using our service for clients. They must entrust their in-game character, all items and valuables, and accrued in-game hours to a stranger.
Clients trust lfcarry.com because we stand behind our players and do not work with those who do not accept our rules.
We have prepared general rules and recommendations for working with a client's account so that you can provide quality service and avoid potential issues.
Account transferring is one of the most nerve-wracking aspects of using our service for clients. They must entrust their in-game character, all items and valuables, and accrued in-game hours to a stranger.
Clients trust lfcarry.com because we stand behind our players and do not work with those who do not accept our rules.
We have prepared general rules and recommendations for working with a client's account so that you can provide quality service and avoid potential issues.
It is forbidden to:
- Steal a client's account. An attempt to change a client's password or email is considered to be an attempt to steal. Depending on the value of the account, we may block your own account, or refer the case to a court, or the police.
- Make purchases from the customer's account.
- Complete orders using forbidden methods such as cheats, glitches/exploits, wintrading, bot-lobbies, and other tricks. In case of a ban or other sanctions by game developers, you will be the one to bear full responsibility.
- Spend client in-game gold and resources without approval from the client.
- Add new friends and delete old ones.
- Communicate with a client's friends, guild, and in the general chat if this is not welcomed by the client. Such communication can potentially disclose the fact that the client's account is being piloted, spur complaints from other players, and sanctions on behalf of the guild.
- Delete items and characters, change servers, builds, character classes, and other items that impact the client's gameplay. If the previously mentioned actions are required to complete an order, please agree on this via chat with the client
- Touch anything on the account if it's not connected to your order. For example, checking in-game mail, changing gear color, changing a pet's name, playing other games, and so forth.

High-quality communication with clients is essential in any service because it helps build trust and loyalty. When clients feel that their needs are being heard and addressed, they are more likely to return to you and recommend you to others.
The better you communicate, the higher the probability that a client will leave you a tip and choose you as their favorite player.

You should provide clear timeframes, like: "I'll continue in 8 hours" or "I will start with your order at 15.00 GPT+3"

βοΈ You should never leave order chats for 12 hours without a reply if you didn't provide an exact time when you will continue with an order.

Rules
- We forbid exchanging personal contact details with clients in any way and communicating with a client on other platforms and services outside of our own, as well as in-game communication after completing an order.
- It is forbidden to discuss order prices with clients, personal life, and payment questions. This applies to streams as well.
- It is forbidden to request a client to confirm order completion prior to its factual completion.
- It is forbidden to insult or be rude to a client. Interactions with you should yield positive emotions.
- You must maintain a high level of communication with clients (give updates, notify them about when you're going offline, give clear deadlines and timeframes, etc.)
- It is strictly prohibited to mention the possibility of a refund to your clients. If any unpleasant situation arises, please ask your clients to contact our support team. If the client makes a refund after that, the same amount will be deducted from your balance.
- Notify the client about the next session's time with a specified timing, and provide updates about order progress after each session.
- Inform the client if you're going to sleep or will be unavailable for some time in the chat.
- You will communicate in English. Don't be shy to utilize Google Translate and Grammarly (a service that helps fix mistakes). The better you and your client understand each other, the stronger your connection will be.
- Try not to use the word "Sir" when addressing a client and other gender references. Instead, you can ask for the client's name and address them by their first name, or try to phrase sentences in such a way that you don't need to use the address.
- Be kind, don't argue, don't complain, as that will be seen as toxic. A client sees you as a professional player, don't disappoint him

Client is not replying
We can remove you from an order or make an order without a limit if a client does not reply for more than 24 hours. If a customer doesn't respond for more than 3 days, please report it to us, and we will take action.
While we're waiting for a client's response, this order won't take up a space in your limits and will not be visible on your Orders page. As soon as the client gets back to us, we will message you.
After an order has been pending without a client's reply status for a month, we can pay you for the progress you have already made.

Banned account \ shadowban
If you log into the account and it has any issues, please inform the customer and ask them to contact support. Additionally, kindly notify us about the situation.
We will then reach out to the customer to clarify the situation and provide you with further instructions.
Issues from the client's side
You may face a situation with difficulties during an order completion. Such cases may be:
We may ask you to stop the execution of an order because sometimes customers don't pay part of an order (orders with separate payment). In such cases, you need to immediately stop fulfilling an order, because we'll not be able to pay for your progress further if a client doesn't return and make the payment.
Unfortunately, we're not immune from such situations. If this happens, we will pay for your progress in a month if the client does not return in a specified period.
βοΈ Be sure to attach screenshots of your progress. Without it, we won't not able to pay for your progress.
We can remove you from an order or make an order without a limit if a client does not reply for more than 24 hours. If a customer doesn't respond for more than 3 days, please report it to us, and we will take action.
While we're waiting for a client's response, this order won't take up a space in your limits and will not be visible on your Orders page. As soon as the client gets back to us, we will message you.
After an order has been pending without a client's reply status for a month, we can pay you for the progress you have already made.

Banned account \ shadowban
If you log into the account and it has any issues, please inform the customer and ask them to contact support. Additionally, kindly notify us about the situation.
We will then reach out to the customer to clarify the situation and provide you with further instructions.
Issues from the client's side

- Requirements for an order is not completed
- A client made an order himself
- A client wants to refund or change an order
We may ask you to stop the execution of an order because sometimes customers don't pay part of an order (orders with separate payment). In such cases, you need to immediately stop fulfilling an order, because we'll not be able to pay for your progress further if a client doesn't return and make the payment.
Unfortunately, we're not immune from such situations. If this happens, we will pay for your progress in a month if the client does not return in a specified period.

Order's completion process
- Log in to the admin panel.
- Go to the New Deals tab.
- Click on the 'Accept' button the first time, after that, read the rules and details of the order and click the 'Accept' button the second time.
βBefore to take an order be sure you're ready to start an order within time which specified by the client(your team is ready, your equipment is ready, you have a stable internet connection, you're ready to stream on YT if it's needed, you have an active VPN account, etc.)

Process of an order completion
How to complete an order?
β If you closed an order accidentally - ask Support team to reopen it.

Such behavior is unacceptable and may cause the customer to have a negative attitude towards the platform. If you are unable to complete an order for any of the reasons - contact support team.
π« Completing an order using forbidden means, such as cheats, glitches/exploits, and other tricks.
Any side soft can ban account of a client. If you've been catch on a cheating, you will be banned on the platform.
π« Closing an unfinished order without notifying the Support Team.
In cases when a client says that you can close an order without it's completion, report such situation to support team.
- Pick an order from the New Deals page;
- Message the client about your availability and estimated start and completion time;
- Turn on VPN before you enter launcher, and send a screenshot of turned-on VPN in chat with the client. You can always use this screenshot as a proof that VPN was used;
- Start the first game session in the time that you've promised to the client, and finish the game session when you've completed an order OR if you've finished work for a day and planning to continue later;
- For every order, and prior to its completion, offer the client an additional service;
- If the order requires more than one gaming session, reach an agreement with the client regarding the next one;
- Complete the order fully, recheck whenever you've completed everything according to the official offer and the order description. If something was changed on the order, please always notify the support team! If it's not possible to complete the order fully, please also contact the support team.
How to complete an order?
- Click the 'Finish Order' button.
- Attach a screenshot(s) where the results of your work and the client's nickname can be seen.

Clint's account got banned - what will happen?

- Compensation for any damages caused by your actions to the client.
- If the client chooses not to accept compensation from you specifically, the second option will be chosen automatically.
- Deduction of the appropriate amount from your balance. After that, the compensation will be done by another pro-player.
What is a game session
Game session - a universal unit that solves several tasks:
- So that the client understands when you are working on an order, and when you are resting.
- To understand order completion deadlines. If only a third of the work is completed within one session, that means that two are required, agree with the client on the start time of the next gaming session.
- To calculate order progress. If the client cancels the order, we can estimate the amount of work completed and pay you.
- Measure the effectiveness of your work. We monitor key metrics for gaming sessions in order to help you improve and complete orders in a quality way
How to use game session properly
β After you've received the login data for the client's account, make sure to initiate the session after successful login. Also, input the estimated session continuation time, so the client knows when they should not access the account.
β Don't click the 'Start session' if you're not going to start the order execution.
β Once you've completed the work on the account, click the 'Finish session' button and provide the number of hours worked, a description of the tasks completed, and a screenshot of the progress.
βIf an order requires multiple sessions, you should start a session each time you log into the account and finish the session when you log out.
Who's Emily?
Emily will be added to your chat with the customer. Emily is an AI-powered personal assistant through which our managers can also join your chat with the customer.
Emily will assist you in fulfilling the order correctly, so please follow her instructions, unless she contradicts what the customer is saying.
β If you notice that Emily is providing incorrect information or behaving strangely, please report it to our support team.

One of Emily's missions is to assist you in completing orders with high performance.
That's why we kindly request the following:

While you are working, you can take a quick look at a customer's account and write in order chat what you think client's collection is missing and it would be great to purchase it.
Emily can discuss the purchase with the customer and the order will count as your sale.
If Emily requests you to provide advice or suggestions regarding what the customer might need on their account, please do not disregard her input.

- If you make an educated suggestion based on the customer's account, you will receive credit for the "Offer additional service" item in the incentive system.

- A screenshot at the end of the order should show the progress of all sessions.
- Screenshot needs to be done even in selfplay orders - just ask the client to stay close to you and take a picture.
- If there is no option to show the progress with it, you can take on in-game picture and additionally attach screenshot from a tracker.
Stream rules
- It is forbidden to ask the client not to stream his order if the stream was indicated in the description.
- You should stream with the game in English so that the customer can easily understand what is happening on the stream.
- The stream should be recorded by you, and not by any third party (your teammates who are working with you on the order, for example).
- All streams should be private via YouTube. Using Twitch or other stream services is prohibited (Twitch is allowed only for XBOX pros).

π« Insulting or being rude to the client.
π« Not maintaining a high level of communication with clients.
Sanctions: For the first such violation you will receive 5 penalty orders with a stable payout rate of 25% or 10$ fine (it depends on the game of an order).
For the next similar offense, we will remove you from the order without paying for work done, apply a fine or permanently ban you on the platform.
Working with clients accounts
π« Spending funds or client resources without approval from the client.
Sanctions: We may remove you from the order without paying for work done, and deduct the appropriate payment from your balance for compensation that we will give to the client.
π« Work on client's account without enabling VPN.
π« Add new friends and delete old ones.
π« Communicating with client friends, guild, and the general chat, if such is not agreed upon with the client.
π« Arguing with other players or behave inadequately (via chat, party, raid, etc.).
π« Delete items and characters, change servers, character classes, and other items that impact the client's gameplay if such is not agreed upon with the client.
π« Lowering the client's K/D statistics.
π« Attempt to access the client's account after completing the order without Support's approve.
π« Using the client's account for purposes not tied to the order completion
π« If the client's account got banned due to your fault, and you didn't agree to make a compensation yourself β we will deduct the appropriate payment from your balance for a compensation that we will give to the client.
Sanctions: We will remove you from the order without paying for work done or permanently ban you on the platform.

π« Using third-party programs used to gain an advantage in accepting orders (bots, scripts, etc.).
π« Reselling or outsourcing of orders on other platforms and to other players.
π« Selling services to the client outside of our platform.
π« Disclosing of client's data (login, password, identification code, etc.) to third parties.
π« Selling additional services through client tips.
π« Stealing a client's account.
π« Trashtalking.
