To connect our bots you need to:

1. Pick an order from the New Deals page.
2. Reach out to the client to gather the necessary information to start the order.
3. Start the first game session within 60 minutes of accepting the order or write to us if it is not possible to do so.
4. For every order, and prior to its completion, offer the client an additional service.
5. If the order requires more than one gaming session, reach an agreement with the client regarding the next one.
6. Complete the order fully, recheck whenever you've completed everything according to the official offer and the order description. If something was changed on the order, please always notify the support team! If it's not possible to complete the order fully, please also contact the support team.

❗ Send a message to support with the order number if you cannot start a session due to objective reasons:

• The user is not responding for 60 minutes;
• It is impossible to start completing the order (current activity is not available);
• The client himself is requesting to start the order later.
• Asking the client to start later yourself considers a violation.

How to complete an order?

1. Click the 'Finish Order' button.
2. Attach a screenshot(s) where the results of your work and the client's nickname can be seen.

❗ If the client wants to add something to the order or change it — always contact the Support Team.

Screenshots should:

1. Be different for each session.
2. Show the progress of each of your sessions.
3. Clearly show the nickname of the client's account.
4. Be attached upon completion of the order.
5. Be in English.
6. Your progress should be indicated via screenshots from the game directly.
7. A screenshot at the end of the order should show the progress of all sessions.

Game session - a universal unit that solves several tasks:

• So that the client understands when you are working on an order, and when you are resting.
• To understand order completion deadlines. If only a third of the work is completed within one session, that means that two are required, agree with the client on the start time of the next gaming session.
• To calculate order progress. If the client cancels the order, we can estimate the amount of work completed and pay you.
• Measure the effectiveness of your work. We monitor key metrics for gaming sessions in order to help you improve and complete orders in a quality way

❗ It is a requirement to start the game session before you're logging into the game launcher.

❗ After you've received the log in data to the client's account, be sure to start the session before entering the game launcher, and input the approximate session continuation time, so that the client understands when he shouldn't access the account.
❗Do not press the 'Start session' if you're not going to start the order execution.

After the session has been completed, press the 'Finish session' button indicating the number of hours worked, what was done, and a screenshot of the progress.

❗ If the session is ongoing, the 'Start session' button will be changed to the 'Finish session' button.

Account transferring is one of the most nervous aspects of using our service for the client. One must entrust his in-game character, all items and valuables, and accrued in-game hours to a stranger. Clients trust lfcarry.com because we stand behind our players and don't work with those who do not accept our rules.

We prepared general rules and recommendations for working with a client's account so that you can provide a quality service and not have to worry about possible problems.

It is forbidden to:

• Steal a client's account. An attempt to change a client's password or email is considered to be an attempt to steal. Depending on the value of the account, we may block your own account, refer the case to a court, or the police.
• Complete orders using forbidden methods such as cheats, glitches/exploits, wintrading, bot-lobbies, and other tricks. In case of a ban or other sanctions by game developers, you will be the one to bear full responsibility.
• Spend client in-game gold and resources without approval from the client.
• Add new friends and delete old ones.
• Communicate with a client's friends, guild, and in the general chat if this is not welcomed by the client. Such communication can potentially disclose the fact that the client's account is being piloted, spur complaints from other players, and sanctions on behalf of the guild.
• Delete items and characters, change servers, builds, character classes, and other items that impact the client's gameplay. If the previously mentioned actions are required to complete an order, please agree on this via chat with the client
• Touch anything on the account if it's not connected to your order. For example, checking in-game mail, changing gear color, changing a pet's name, playing other games, and so forth.

Waiting buyer status is the status that is assigned to order if a customer doesn't respond for more than 3 days.

While we're waiting for a client's response this order won' take a space of your limits & is not visible on your Orders page. As soon as a client will get back to us, we'll message you.

After an order has been hanging in the WB status for a month, we can pay for your progress if you have already done something.

❗️ Be sure to attach screenshots of your progress. Without it, we won't not able to pay.

We may ask you to stop the execution of order because sometimes customers don't pay part of an order (orders with separate payment). In such cases, you need to immediately stop fulfilling an order, because we'll not be able to pay for your progress further if a client doesn't return and make the payment.

Unfortunately, we're not immune from such situations. If this happens, we will pay for your progress in a month if the client does not return in a specified period.

❗️ We can't pay full price for guaranteed orders if an order's goal wasn't achieved

The role of communication can hardly be overestimated, it impacts how a client perceives our service, his comfort, and the transparency with which events during orders occur.

The better you communicate, the greater the probability that a client will leave you a tip, will select you as a favorite player.

❗ Always keep the client updated on the progress.
We ask you to give clear deadlines, meaning phrases like 'later', 'tomorrow', 'next week' are not recommended.

Rules:

• We forbid exchanging personal contact details with clients in any way and communicating with a client on other platforms and services outside of our own, as well as in-game communication after completing an order.
• It is forbidden to discuss order prices with clients, personal life, and payment questions. This applies to streams as well.
• It is forbidden to request a client to confirm order completion prior to its factual completion.
• It is forbidden to insult or be rude to a client. Interactions with you should yield positive emotions.
• You must maintain a high level of communication with clients (give updates, notify them about when you're going offline, give clear deadlines and timeframes, etc.)
• It is strictly prohibited to mention the possibility of a refund to your clients. If any unpleasant situation arises, please ask your clients to contact our support team. If the client makes a refund after that, the same amount will be deducted from your balance.

Recommendations:

• You will communicate in English. Don't be shy to utilize Google Translate and Grammarly (a service which helps fix mistakes). The better you and your client understand each other, the stronger your connection will be.
• Be kind, don't argue, don't complain, as that will be seen as toxic. A client sees you as a professional player, don't disappoint him

We can remove you from an order or block your account on the platform for gross violations of these rules. We reserve the right to refuse to pay for orders completed with a violation.

❗ If the client does not respond for more than 60 minutes, please contact support.
Be sure to specify the order number and describe the request. We will give you an additional order slot for you and contact the customer.

Limits are the number of orders that you can fill at the same time.
Our default limit amount is three slots (one for short orders and two for long orders).

We have recently implemented a new system called 'No-limit order'. Orders with such marks won't take any slots from you. We can make an order a 'No-limit' in the following cases:

1. If you sold the order;
2. If the client doesn't respond for more than 1 hour;
3. If your orders are for an activity that is currently unavailable.

❗ All requests like this are being processed through the Support Team.

It is an excellent opportunity to earn more because you will receive a stable 50% of the order's price bonus for every order you sell and complete. Moreover, each sold order will go directly to you!

• Find out the client's needs - does he like PVP or enjoy PvE? Does he collect items, or is he focused on the meta only? When you understand the client's needs and playstyle, it is easier to offer the right service.
• Make personal contact with the client - сommunicate briefly and politely, consider the client's schedule and wishes. A pleasant image for the win!
• Ask yourself what meta the client is missing? What can bring more joy from the game? What will make him stronger?
• Think about what you can add to the current order? What would be more useful to do together? For example, a customer purchased a raid armor set. Since we are already heading into a raid, raid weapons or triumphs might be good suggestions.
• Think about popular products that other customers are buying. Does the client have them?
• Feel free to ask questions. What do you expect from the game? What is your goal? What result do you expect from the current order? Sometimes a client purchases a weapon to be more assertive in PVP, but it won't work without a proper build.
• Always remember that your goal is to find the service that will enhance the client's gaming experience

For 48 hours funds will be unavailable to withdraw (you will see transaction status Hold), after that (transaction will change status to On balance) you can withdraw your funds at any moment.

On the balance page you can see:

• Your Balance — the sum of all active receipts.
• Transactions history — list of all receipts and withdraws with statuses.
• Withdrawal — self-explanatory.

You can withdraw your active balance at any time using the withdrawal function.

Clients who hire professional players for in-game help can use various platforms and entrust their accounts to friends.

We cannot guarantee that other services will complete their work with integrity, which is why we ask clients to change their passwords after completing orders.

This is a rule of good manners and an additional security measure. Our players don't have access to an account following the completion of work, which is why in case of any incident, they also don't bear any responsibility.

This has nothing to do with trust. Because if you work on our platform, that means you're part of our community and a full-fledged teammate. This is simply a measure that we use to ensure ourselves and ourselves from unnecessary problems.

❗️ Cancellation of an order due to the PRO's fault — $5 or $10.
For the first case, the PRO gets a $5 fine. For the second and subsequent cases, the PRO receives a $10 penalty.
