How we calculate Extra rewards:A motivational checklist consists of 10 items, 6 of which are essential. To receive a 10% bonus on your order and
access to additional steps, you will need to complete
at least 5 of the 6 main steps.
The 4 additional items are optional, but you will receive an extra 2.5% added to your payout for completing each one. The maximum bonus you can receive on each order is 20%.
You only get the Extra Mile payments if you complete the Main List.
1. Approval of start and completion times in 5 min (Welcome the customer. Suggest a start and finish time. If the customer prefers another time, discuss and agree on it)When you inform a client about time - try to give it in such a way that you are sure to meet that deadline. It's better to add an extra half hour to the end of the order so you're sure you'll be on time.
You can use timeframes like “I’ll start now and finish in 3-4 hours” or “I’ll start in 15.00 GMT+3 and finish in 17.00 GMT+3”
In what cases is a step counted and not counted:✅ - If you’ve messaged to client within the first 5 minutes after order was picked and marked the timeframe of an order start and completion,
the step is counted.✅ - If a client didn’t write you anything in this timeframe or didn’t reply at all - this step is counted.
If an order is
automatically assigned to you and you are asleep or unavailable, then when you proceed with the order, and write 1 message to the customer the step can be counted through contacting support.
If an order with
random drop, give the customer an approximate end time of the order, and if during this time the desired item did not drop, contact the support and you will be credited for this item or corrected the fulfillment time.
❌ - If you
did not specify a start time for the order or if you contacted the customer later than 5 minutes after accepting the order,
you will not receive a score for this step.
❌ - If you
do not specify a customer's order end time,
the step will not be scored, even if you complete it faster than the time indicated on the LFC website.
2. Proof of VPN usage (Share proof of VPN usage by sending a screenshot link of the activated VPN in the chat with the client, preferably through platforms like Imgur)
In what cases is a step counted and not counted:✅ - If you
send VPN screenshot to the client -
the step is counted.In
Selfplay orders, the step is counted automatically.
❌ - If you
did not send a screenshot of VPN usage,
the step will not be scored.3. Successful login in 15 min (Login to the customer's account within 15 minutes of receiving their login details. Preferably provide proof by sharing a screenshot via platforms like Imgur, displaying the character selection menu with the designated order character)
In what cases is a step counted and not counted:✅ - You need to login in the first 15 minutes after you receive the client’s data even if you’re not going to start with an order now. You may inform about it or simply start the session.
If you received data when
you were away from the PC or console and you
informed the client about it previously or put in the hours of sleep -
the step is counted.After accepting the order if the
customer plays by himself and asks you to start later, this step will count when you log into the customer's account later.
If it's a
preorder, or the game's servers are down - you should simply login to make sure that everything is fine.
In
Selfplay orders, the step is counted automatically if you started at the time agreed upon with the client. If the client does not show up at the agreed time - the step is still counted.
If an order is
automatically assigned to you and you are asleep or unavailable, then when you proceed with the order, and start it the step can be counted through contacting support.
If it’s your
sale or auto-assigned order and you've arranged for the client to start later, the step can be counted through contacting support.
❌ - If you haven't logged into your account within 15 minutes for reasons other than those listed above -
the step will not be scored.4. Start order on time (Start your order as scheduled and click on the start session button)
When you inform a client about time - try to give it in such a way that you are sure to meet that deadline.
In what cases is a step counted and not counted:✅ - If you
started the session without reporting that you logged in - the point should be counted.
✅ - if you
started the session and reported that you logged in - the point should be counted.
If you
cannot start at the promised time for any reason,
notify the customer and report it to support.If an order is
automatically assigned to you and you are asleep or unavailable, then when you proceed with the order, and specify a start time to the client the step can be counted through contacting support.
❌ - If you didn't get started at the promised time and didn’t notify the client,
the step will not be scored.❌- If you didn’t mark any start time to the client,
the step will not be scored.5. Finish order on time (Complete the order within or before the estimated time)
When you inform a client about time - try to give it in such a way that you are sure to meet that deadline.
In what cases is a step counted and not counted:✅ - If you finished the order completion on time you marked to the client -
the point should be counted.If the order involves
dropping a random item, you can give an approximate time frame of a few weeks, a step can be counted through support.
If you
cannot finish at the promised time for any reason, notify the customer and
report it to support.❌ - If you didn’t complete an order in the promised time,
the step will not be scored.❌ - If you didn’t mark any finish time to the client,
the step will not be scored. 6. Reply quickly (Respond within 15 minutes when either the customer or LF manager messages in the order chat. If messages arrive during your set sleep time (which you can define in your personal account), reply within 60 minutes after your sleep period ends)
In what cases is a step counted and not counted:✅ - Quickly reply to the client during the day. You should report that you has gone to sleep or have a time in slip mod, and the client has written in it - the item still counts. If you are sleeping, you can reply within an hour after waking up and the point will count.
❌ - If you did not report that you went to bed or on business, and the client texted and you’re not responding -
the step will not be scored.❌ - If you didn’t reply to the client fast during the order completion -
the step will not be scored. Extra miles:7. Offer additional services (After a successful first session, offer additional services for future orders depending on what the client has in his account. Share your offer in a chat with the client, and Emily will assist in finalizing the sale by creating a payment link if the customer is interested. Order will be added to you as your sale)
✅ Make offers based on the customer's account - try to offer something that will be useful to them.
❌ Your goal is not to make an offer, your goal is to understand what else the client may need, that’s why such phrases as “Are you interested in any other service?” and etc. will not be counted as your offer.
❌ Don’t offer your own discounts and prices. Always check offers on site, or ask our support about the correct price for an offer.

8. Pick order in 15 min (You need to pick up the order within 15 minutes after it appears in the admin panel.)
9. Be friendly, kind, and polite (Avoid discussing refunds in unclear situations, being impolite, complaining about the platform, etc. The rules for communicating with clients are described
here. If everything is good, you will receive your bonus.)

Try not to use the word “sir” when you addressing a client and other gender references. Instead, you can ask for the client's name and address them by their first name, or try to phrase sentences in such a way that you don't need to use the address.
10. For piloted: Provide a free stream as a gift (works only if the mandatory stream is not purchased on the order)
We'll review the chat to verify the YouTube link was shared at the start of your initial gaming session for this order. We'll also ensure the customer can access the stream and recording smoothly.
