- On balance - sessions and other entries added to the balance.
- Withdrawal pending - after clicking the withdrawal button, all active entries receive this status.
- Monitoring - payment was sent and the system monitored its status.
- Done - the payment has successfully reached the beneficiary's bank.
- Refunded - the payment has been returned back to us.
- Hold - withdraw for entry in this status is blocked for 48 hours.
If the withdrawal record receives a
Fail status, this indicates that the payment system was unable to send the transfer, there is a critical error in the payment data.
When the payment receives the
Refunded status, the procedure is the same as for the
Fail status. (The difference is that the payment reached the beneficiary's bank, but the payment could not be properly addressed because the bank could not identify the beneficiary. Probably the bank account belongs to another owner)

Fail or Refunded status, please, contact Support.
