It is forbidden to work without a VPN in all games.

1. You must connect to the location indicated in this field (see screenshot);
2. If the client's location is not specified or not completely specified, you should ask the client which city he wants you to connect.
3. First turn on the VPN, then run the launcher (steam, battlenet, etc.). This is necessary so that your location does not show up on the client account.
4. It is advisable to send the client a screenshot of the connected VPN in the order chat - this will help the client to understand that everything is in order, and will protect you in case if the client's account is banned.

❗ Contact the Support Team if you do not have a VPN. We will provide you with a free one.
❗ If the client's location is not available, please, select the closest one, and coordinate it with the client. If the client won't be agree to use another location, inform us and we'll remove you from the order.

The transfer of the account is the most nervous moment for all clients. Not using VPN may lead to a ban, which you will be responsible for.
We use VPN to protect both our clients and players from any unpleasant situations (bans, suspensions, and so on. That's a win-win.

It's necessary to use a VPN for all of your orders, even when playing on a console.
