Emily will be included in your chat with the customer - this is an AI-powered personal assistant through which our managers can also connect to your chat with the customer.

Emily will help you fulfill the order correctly, so you need to follow her instructions, except when she says the opposite of what the customer says.

Here are the points on how to work with Emily in your chatrooms:

1. Communication and work with Emily:

• Do not ignore Emily's messages except cases when Emily says the opposite of what the client says.
• Do not tell to the client that it's a bot and that they can ignore her. If the client is asking who is Emily you can explain that it's a personal manager who can help with any questions and clients may ask questions in the chat directly.
• Follow Emily's instructions - she is focused on helping you complete the order competently. The only exception may be when Emily says the opposite of what the client said.
• If you make an educated suggestion based on the customer's account, you will be credited with the "Offer additional service" item on the incentive system.

2. Offer at the End of Each Order:

• At the end of each order, try to make a suggestion to the customer for the next purchase based on their account inventory - tell them in chat which gun or raid would be a good fit for their collection.
• If Emily requests you to provide advice or suggestions regarding what the customer might need on their account, please do not disregard her input.

3. Make sales with Emily:

• You are encouraged to ask for Emily's assistance in checking prices on our website for any services or seek her help with the sales process, even with payment link creation. Please be assured that Emily has no intention of taking credit for your sales. We guarantee that all sales made by Emily in your chat conversations with customers will be credited to you, with the appropriate percentage of commission - you can always contact support if there is anything wrong and we will help you.
• Do not offer your personal discounts or promotions that are not authorized;
• It's not necessary to duplicate payment links in chat with the client if you see that Emily sent a payment link already;
• Check the price for an offer on the website or check with Emily for details.

❗ If you see that Emily is saying something incorrectly, or acting weirdly, please, report it to our support team.

1. Log in to the admin panel.
2. Go to the New Deals tab.
3. Click on the 'Accept' button the first time, after that, read the rules and details of the order and click the 'Accept' button the second time.

❗Before to take an order be sure you're ready to start an order within 60 minutes (your team is ready, your equipment is ready, you have a stable internet connection, you're ready to stream on YT if it's needed, you have an active VPN account, etc.)

1. Pick an order from the New Deals page.
2. Message the client about your availability and estimated start and completion time.
3. Start the first game session in the time that you've promised to the client, and finish the game session when you've completed an order OR if you've finished work for a day and planning to continue later.
4. For every order, and prior to its completion, offer the client an additional service.
5. If the order requires more than one gaming session, reach an agreement with the client regarding the next one.
6. Complete the order fully, recheck whenever you've completed everything according to the official offer and the order description. If something was changed on the order, please always notify the support team! If it's not possible to complete the order fully, please also contact the support team.

There is a rule for all orders, except WoW, that all orders need to be started in the first hour after the order was accepted by PRO.
❗ Send a message to support with the order number if you cannot start a session due to objective reasons:

• The user is not responding for 60 minutes;
• It is impossible to start completing the order (current activity is not available, the activity is not in rotation and ETC);
• The client himself is requesting to start the order later.
• Asking the client to start later yourself considers a violation.

How to complete an order?

1. Click the 'Finish Order' button.
2. Attach a screenshot(s) where the results of your work and the client's nickname can be seen.

❗ If the client wants to add something to the order or change it — always contact the Support Team.

Screenshots should:

1. Be different for each session.
2. Show the progress of each of your sessions.
3. Clearly show the nickname of the client's account.
4. Be attached upon completion of the order.
5. Be in English.
6. Your progress should be indicated via screenshots from the game directly.

• You can add a screenshot from sites with account statistics, but as an additional screenshot. A screenshot taken from a client account in the game is mandatory.

7. A screenshot at the end of the order should show the progress of all sessions.


❗ Our team may use these screenshots in communication with clients as proof that the work on our part has been done. Therefore, it is important to remember to attach screenshots and make them according to the rules.
